I wonder why Liberals don't give money directly back to the government. They worship government programs.

So, you are against abortion. So, you do not care that people are coming to our country illegally, and having 12 children. Or do you think illegals should be neutered?

<<<And they want to spread euthanasia.>>>

The problem is the republicans want everyone kept alive in our hospitals, because it generates huge profits for the medical companies. But republicans are incredibly selfish, and self destructive.

They also don't want the insurance companies to have to pay for it.

Instead they want the customer to suffer the emotional stress in the hospital, and have to pay $2,000 a day to keep a vegetable alive, while the republicans go out to dinner and party, and never think about you again.

<<<Why not divert all money from the poor to Global Warming? That'll fix things for good.>>>

That is exactly what these known traitors, who have taken over the white house, are doing.

They give tax breaks if you buy a polluting suv, and they stop ecological controls.

All republicans are liars. All republicans are traitors to the united states of america.

Democrats pay taxes, republicans do not. Republicans steal from the treasury, the taxes that the democrats pay.

People should not be coming into the U.S. The illegals and their offspring should be shipped back to their home country.

Whether they should be neutered is their own decision. Do it at their home country of origin with their wonderful healthcare system.

If their children are born here, by the constitution they are American citizens and are entitled to the rights of American citizens.

We are a nation of immigrants. The reason people come here has never changed, only the laws have changed. Seeing what so many of them are fleeing, I don't blame them for wanting something better. And while we need to have better control over our borders, we also need to have compassion for why they want to be here.

So when do when turn on the "No Vacancy" sign? When our population hits 400 million? 500 million? 1 billion?

And giving them automatic citizenship is a very bad idea, IMO.

As to the size of the U.S. population -- there seems to be plenty of room here. Is overcrowding really an immediate concern?

I keep hearing how there already isn't enough freshwater to go around in the Southwestern US. We are being told in Colorado that we are running out of fresh water (Denver gets 25% of it water from acquifers that will be dry by 2020). The last thing we need are millions of newcomers to compete with over water.

I also keep hearing how we produce too much green house gas. Adding hundreds of millions of motorists isn't going help, is it? And more coal fired power plants to provide electricity to those millions of new homes won't help either.

Its also my understanding that traffic jams are the norm in every major metro area in the country, and that we can't afford to build new freeways fast enough.

This isn't the 1800's, with Sooners lined up at the state line ready to stake a claim at the untamed wilderness. So yes, I think that we getting kind of full. Sure there is lost of empty space in the west, but it is mostly arid and we have very little water to go around.

Move to New Orleans. Lot's of fresh water there i hear. The houses might be up by then too.

Otherwise learn to float on your back.

A great place for the iraqi immigrants to move to, when they escape the new iraqi government in a year from now.

That is a problem everywhere, isn't it? A huge problem. Look at how little potable water exists in the world right now.

But the old cliche "necessity is the mother of invention" holds true. We will find the water we need if we really want to...and when we really have to.

Look at the pollution levels of the 1960s - when things reached truly unacceptable levels, we found solutions. You can't set fire to the Cuyahoga River anymore. We can do the same for our water supply.

I'd say if you were a Native American, the time to do that would have been around 1620.

According to the person who wrote the amendment, it's not.

I'm sorry -- you don't consider the 14th amendments to be part of the constitution?
