My husband and I decorated our house and exchanged gifts before we had children, when they were growing up and still do now that they are grown. Sometimes they are with us for the Holidays, sometimes not. THIS YEAR THEY ARE!!!!!!!!Yay!!!!!!! I am not trying to step on anyone's toes. People find what works for them. But I get just as excited and am just as full of anticipation (I'm too excited to sleep) as any of the kids. And I do not necessarily think it is the child in me. It is just me. The way I have always been and the way I hope to stay. When I hear "Can you remember, the smell of gingerbread" I cry every time. Merry Christmas and God bless us everyoneºoº

Your white is probably a better choice!

So I'll probably get one for my birthday instead. I already know that my parents are getting me a new rocker recliner for the nursery since ours is broken and makes you sit way back! And my in laws said they'd get us a BBQ grill! Yay! They are the best at grilling and they said we could have lessons to go along with the grill!

The best present ever: My husband drove me to Bellagio on this last trip to Las Vegas. We walked to the shops. He took me Tiffany & Co. and I got to pick out whatever I wanted. (within reason, of course!) Seriously. BEST.GIFT.EVER. I told him her could repeat it each year forever. It's not just the jewelry. It's that it's my favorte Hotel EVER and my favorite store EVER all in the same place. And usually when I go to Tiffany he just waits outside for me and I don't buy anything. And I was GOOD! I picked out one of the two things I really wanted, which was a reasonable matching necklace to a bracelet I bought there for myself years ago. But I can't have it until Christmas, so instead I get to look at the little blue bag under my tree every day. And I get all smushy-wushy about it! So I reciprocated and took him to Tommy Bahama.
