Dagobert, sounds like lots of fun, in contrast. I've started rereading the Five Peppers books for fun. The first was given to me when I was eight by my now deceased grandmother. It's so interesting to read about another time.

My girlfriend is a huge Harry Potter fan and now she "forced" me to read the books . I don't like the movies and so I'm a bit sceptical, but since my brother enjoyed the books a lot and didn't like the movies either, I thought I give them a try. Before HP I read "The Passage" by Justin Cronin and it was just terrible. It was so boring that I didn't finish it.

I realized that I had read half of the book with great ease, so Emily Griffin was definitely a good writer. So, I decided to continue on to the end where I was surprised by the turn of events. I immediately gave the book to the gifter, so she could see what the book was about. All in all, I ended up enjoying the book.
