    Try Angels and Demons by the same author. It's a superior book and a good read.

    Buddy, I completely understand. At least you have the LOTR movies done very well (if they satisifed your taste)...meanwhile I'll have to begrudgingly go to the theater to see "Prince Caspian" like an almost-sure train wreck, and then perhaps 5 more films after that...*sigh*...

    Yes I actually thought the films were in some ways better than the books.

    I too am going to start the Hobbit
