It´s been interesting to hear all you destinations. Thanks for voting!

If I had to choose five countries without naming regions or continents, they'd have to be places I have not visited. I'd love to choose more, but my five would be: Russia Australia Spain Egypt Brazil

Those that have been there tell a very different tale (go look for colddeadplace.com...great stories there lol). And WorldDisney, who recently went to Peru, said it was one of the most beautiful, amazing places he's ever been to. BUT, as for me, I sort of discount South America (except maybe Brazil) as "too dangerous". I've heard some horror stories from many friends that make me not want to visit that place under any circumstances (sad to say)...I've even heard a few bad stories from Brazil as well. Is that the reason most posters haven't mentioned South America, or is there some other reason? I mean, Africa can be very dangerous too, but seems to garner a lot of interest...

I have been away from the states for 14 years now and for these last 14 years I have been speaking Spanish, English with an occasional tourist here and there, but almost always Spanish. When I´m speaking and I don´t know exactly how to express myself for lack of words, I make up my own words which can be fun, I translate to Spanish directly from English and vice versa (which actually works sometimes but when it doesn´t, it´s quite embarrassing), or I say something completely convinced that I am saying it correctly even it doesn´t exist in the language I am speaking (hence the Oceania mix up). So if I write something that doesn´t make much sense, forgive me for I am lost between two languages. And I don´t mind if it´s brought to my attention, I´m used to it! (DH just laughs his butt off in my face. Sweet man)

Better off that way, they have actually often gotten me into a lot of trouble believe it or not.
