I guess I'm wondering how long the layover will be, the southwest site does not give that info.

We have used southwest the last 2 years and find it our favorite. We have flown delta, the plane got a flat tire on the way, 2 hour delay we barely made our connecting flight(we ran) and on the way back engine trouble. We did have a 4 hour layover on southwest last June in Las Vegas. They were really nice and gave us lots of snacks. But the year before it was only an hour layover. I really like the no baggage fee and the service is great. We will be flying southwest again in December.

I always order the water three weekday days ahead of my arrival time, and it's always been there upon my arrival. The WDW hotels will generally let you ship something up to two days before your arrival. (I've been told this twice by a Disney travel reservationist). My snacks get sent to our WDW hotel via USPS Priority mail...one flat rate for whatever weight I can stuff into the box. It's very handy, especially if you are going on a holiday and want to ship yourself snacks AND decorations. When we stay at Xmas I just buy a few dollar store decorations so we don't have to lug them back with us.

I've also been delayed on one of the flights before and they were really good about holding the plan. It was only about 5 minutes. That was a few years ago so I don't know if the policy has changed. You could also call southwest direct. The customer service is also very helpful, they'll let you know if the layover time is too short.
