What do you do your first night at WDW?

    I change planes in Phoenix and Las Vegas often and if you booked your flight from BUR or LAX (or whatever) to MCO, Southwest only gives you choices that works. Plus, in CASE something goes wrong, they are really great about holding the plane and/or re-booking on the next flight out.

    I heart Southwest.

    we drive from Illinois to WDW so that first arrival night is for relaxing and settling in...

Just enough of a "tease" until we can get back for our first full day.

    We tend to get to disney world in the early afternoon so on our first day to walt disney world we either go to epcot, or mgm studios depending on the kids. These are two parks that my kids don't want to spend too much time in so its a good beginning park.

    If I should get there late I would probably go to Disney World just to see the fireworks. The ticket price dosen't really make a real difference after 7 days but if I didn't have tickets for that first day I would go to a dinner show, or fort wildneress and do like the horse draw caridge or something like that.

    We're landing at 2:00 in the afternoon on our next trip, so we're going to rest at the hotel for a bit and then head to the MK to eat at one of my favorites, Liberty Tree Tavern. Depending on how tired we are, we'll either hang out and see MSEP or head back to the room to rest.
