The pirate on top of the mountain of gold only has one boot on (I guess the rats ate the other one) and the pirate sitting on the wall just as you exit the burning town area has a glow in the dark orange shirt on and is sitting against a glow in the dark orange piling. And as you float under the bridge as you exit the auction area, sometimes the pirate above you has water in his bottle.

I hated the new Pirates - original trilogy was fine but the 4th one didn't work for me. Makes me sad to think it's being immortalized in the attraction, at least until the 5th movie comes out!
