I'm not sure what link you want as there is so much going on I can't think straight.
Rachel was upset last night that I didn't book a flight as she knows I LOVE Lake Eola and downtown. She says she'll have other plays but I said she'll never have another Pocahantas which starts tonight.
You aren't ever going to retire trails, are you? Maybe you're like my wife as she wants to win the lottery and move to Orlando 6 months a year NOW! She just doesn't like Downtown until all this excitement so she promised we wouldn't sell 602 no matter how much they offer us in 4/08 on completion date.
Thank you so much for your interest as I couldn't even sleep my 5 hours last night.

Believe me folks - keep active, mentally and physically. I am working on some major projects at the mo around the UK's Wellbeing agenda for the over 65's and activity is the key to well being!

Are you saying being a real estate agent is slow?? Does your agent just sell properties in the golf development where you live or is he a "real" agent?

I guess I'm wondering because there is no way I would consider a real estate agent's job to be slow. Our best friends are Realtors and they are literally busy 7 days a week from 9:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night.

I don't think we've ever had an evening together where they didn't have to take at least two or three business related phone calls. There was even one time where they had to call us at the restaurant where we were meeting for dinner and cancel out due to a business thing they had to take care of.

They are very successful (top 1/2% of Realtors nationally), but they put in massive hours to maintain that success.

I started posturing towards this goal in 2001. I went on a mini-family trip with my daughter and noticed the tour bus drives all seemed to have smiles on their faces.

I returned from vacation and started looking until I found a company that would train me to get my Commercial Drivers License and a part time driving gig. The company that took me on did a fine job but as soon as I got my license 9/11 happened. The tourist industry came to a temporary halt. I then saw an ad for drivers for a municipal bus driver. I applied and got the job that I did for three years before getting promoted to management.

Now I have a CDL and 4 years experience in the transportation business both as a driver and management.

Now to my goal...part time bus driving up north in the summer and WDW in the winter. I am considering doing this in 4 more years when I reach 62...we shall see. Pretty much the only place I go for vacations or trips is to Florida so that actually takes care of two of my needs all in one.

The older I get the more I hate winter.

That's not quite the same as playing in central Fla in January. Of course, you should know that being in Canada.
Also I love the action and as I told Buddy's (mayor of Orlando) assistant Kathy on the phone yesterday, Paramount is going to rival the Ridge. It is going to be quite the place right in the epicenter (Lake Eola and Thornton Park) of the greatest city on earth!
