Will it be a place to stay for ultra-high rollers; the equivalent of a Vegas hotel's penthouse for the well heeled? The Lily Belle, I think, isn't in service every day; if it is, and they won't necessarily say "yes" to your request to ride in it (I think the Twain captain pretty much says "yes" to whoever asks first on a particular trip).
