Sure, Tower and Soarin' are very immersive...but it's the way they move you that make them rides IMO. California Screamin' is a rollercoaster, pure and simple. It is, therefore, a ride. No attraction is more marvelously immersive than Pirates. The detail, even to this day, is purely astounding.

But now I adore California Screamin and California Soarin, even though they aren't in DL I still love them, they still have the magic of disney in them. It's too hard to decide which one is a favorite......

It will be very interesting since both have been refurbished/rebuilt since the last time I was at DL.... (1998... I know).
