It's the first car ever where I was able to afford *every* option I wanted... moon roof, leather interior, 6-disk CD changer, power seats, woodgrain dash, you name it. >>Is there a story to why you purchased it?<< I was tired of driving a minivan (though I am missing its convenience, but not its gas mileage) and wanted something comfortable and dependable. It looks like this, although this particular picture doesn't do it justice: http://www.garvinmotors.com/im ages/06T57W.jpg

(Or paint scheme or bus system locally) This is the only negative thing about my truck. It's white with silver trim and tan leather interior. WTF? I didn't bicker about it because I got a great deal from a friend of my father's who runs a Toyota dealership. Do you like your car? I LOVE my truck. I'm just starting to think new vehicle but not because I don't like my 4Runner, I just need to upgrade due to lifestyle. Is there a story to why you purchased it? Yes. I run a non-profit and I haul a show booth around most weekends along with tons of family. I needed to be able to handle all of that. Plus, when I got plant gathering or to different type of events I'm on rugged terrain. I needed the 4 wheel drive. I'm a devoted Toyota owner! Best vehicle I've ever owned.

Odd as this sounds, to get from one end of the city to the other there is not a whole lot of choice. There is the Highway or the old island highway. The highway is the smarter choice unless you really like going slowly =) What colour is your car? The XR is Red and the Supra is white. Do you like your car? Most of the time. As long as it is behaving itself =) Is there a story to why you purchased it? We seem to have a thing for unique cars. There are not many Supras around and most people stare at me with a blank look when I tell them I have a Merkur, including mechanics which can sometimes be a problem. We also have a second Merkur XR4TI in our garage that is acting like a n on going project at the moment. The idea is to eventually turn it into a Rally Car =)

I have a clarion head unit with 4v preouts running to 2 amps. 1 1000watt for the single 12" JL sub and 1 400watt 4 channel for the 6 speakers inside the cabin. I also have the iPod controller, cd changer and satelite radio. It bumps hard!! I had a 92 Integra LS with an LS VTEC conversion but smog laws made it hard to pass legally. How do you get to work (Ie walk, take a scenic road, shortest way)? I have several routes I take to work depending on what time I got to work. If its before 6am than I take the 91 freeway, otherwise I take either 1 of 2 roads. Very direct to work. What colour is your car? (Or paint scheme or bus system locally) Gold, I think. It kind of looks gray but its really a dull gold. Light tan interior. Do you like your car? Not really Is there a story to why you purchased it? I didnt purchase the car, it was given to me. My Integra was becoming more and more of a problem with the cops so I decided to sell it and I needed a car. Well a freind had this car and had dinked the motor. So after some searching for a motor for the car, I was able to get it running. I made some changes to the transmission and suspension. Than I began to upgrade the motor bolt-ons. It doesnt have tons of horsepower but I have been able to up the HP from 120 to about 142 with bolt-ons and computer reprogram. Future upgrades will be an redone interior, Lancer EVO III conversion including the AWD and turbo. Redone exterior with custome 1 off body kit and fresh paint. Also a completely redone suspension with 18 way adjustable suspension. FUll race cage, bride racing seats and 5 point harnasses. Gonna try to make it a canyon runner. Should be fun. However in the next few months I will be back on a bike. Looking for a 250 to start out on again since its been 10 years since I have ridin. Than should move up to an R6 or an Augusta if I can swing it.

What colour is your car? (Or paint scheme or bus system locally) White with a black "Charger" stripe across the lower section of the car. Do you like your car? Yes, very much. Is there a story to why you purchased it?>> Yes. I originally thought I would replace my 2000 Mustang with another Mustang. But as cool as the new ones looked (and they looked VERY COOL), I always got kind of a been there, done that feeling when I looked at them. Remember, I had been driving a Mustang for the past six years. I also was frankly really tired of the Mustang's non-existent back seat. I really could never take my car when we went out with friends because the back seat was so miserable. Then I saw the new Dodge Charger. It was a classic muscle car with rear-wheel drive and seemed to have the performance to back it up. It also is a LARGE car, being based on the Chrysler 300 platform. That was just the combination I was looking for. I wanted a car with some speed, but also wanted to get a car that would seat 5 adults comfortably. With the Charger I got that.

We were looking for something that would do "real" off-roading while still being a good family car. Dh called a dealer and arranged for it to be transported from a dealership in Michigan to us in Washington State... it was the last silver supercharged xterra in the US for sale as a brand new vehicle... at least the last one listed in the dealer database where they all can car-search.

Is there a story to why you purchased it? - I've wanted a Mustang since 1971 when I first saw Mary Tyler Moore driving hers across the credit of her TV show. By the time I was old enough to drive (1974), Mustangs - in my opinion - were hideous. They improved in the '90s, but not to the point where I ever cared to own one... Until 2005 - then I went nuts for it. Every where I looked, there they were. When an awesome black one moved into our neighborhood, that was it - my car lust raged out of control. I was lucky... I had sold a condo just before Mr. Alice and I got married, so I was able to make the decision to pay cash for my Pony. And every day I still feel that same first-lust when I step into the garage, see her there and climb into my Mustang.
