Oh, and Spiderman at Universal, definitely.

    And Indy, probably.

VERY few rides seem "too" long to me, but to name at least two I think Universe of Energy is a bit much, and Small World (sorry). Even the new incarnation of Universe of Energy bores me at times during the ride, and when I was an AP holder I rarely checked it out (I probably did SpaceShip Earth and Horizons nearly every visit though).

Rides I think do NOT satisfy, length wise (and this is no reflection on whether I really LIKE the ride or not, just that they are too short, abrupt or whatever)...Tokyo's Pooh, Tower of Terror, Journey into the Center of the Earth (though the queue is SO immersive it actually feels longer, so that's a big plus), Space Mountain, and most of the dark rides except for Alice at DL...

I've pretty much refrained from coasters here (different animal, though Screamin is a "good" ride lenght to me and Space is always disappointing), but a REALLY bad one is the new Raging Spirits. Pathetically short ride time!

And, I won't get too deeply into movies or simulators either, except to say that Stormrider is too abrupt, Star Tours is JUST RIGHT (love it), and as for movies I think Philharmagic is just about the perfect lenght.

I likewise would like to remove this artificial "plot", and besides, I have a question: Since you're chasing the poachers AFTER you leave the preserve, are they in fact poaching? I mean, if they're chasing animals within the preserve, I can understand poaching, but how do you poach in non-preserve territory?
