I'm on vacation next week, and I'm planning on seeing it at least once or twice more!

But that's just my opinion.

I think AfricanAmericans should be able to write about the AfricanAmerican experience more credibly than whites can. Blah, blah, spiffy blah. But puh-LEEEEZE, Mary! I swear, if one learned about gay culture only by watching independently made gay films, one would think that every homosexual in America: (a) is male, (b) is Jewish, (c) lives in West Hollywood, and (d) speaks entirely in clever one-liners. Some guy gets dumped. He feels sorry for himself. He goes on dates. None work out. Poor him. But it ends happily because he's a great guy and homosexuals are people, too, you know. Bleeeecccchhhhhh!

I like lots of blood and gore and things that make me jump but i think i only jumped once and that was when i thought i knocked my Budweiser over (only joking) has anyone else seen it and thought it was good?

Bridget Jones - the Sequal Netflix Coffee Ok, well I don't even know the proper title to this flick, so that outta tell you something. Has so funny moments. First movie was way better but not going to complain Mr. Darcy was in it. The Aviator Netflix A coke (it was 1am) I had zip interest in seeing this as I'm not a Leo fan. I ended up really enjoying it. I thought he was excellent and can see why he got the Oscar nod.

While I love scary films, I haven't seen many of the most recent ones. I think the last was "The Ring." Yawn. Have you tried the "classics"? Alien? Omen? Poltergeist? Exorcist? Silence of the Lambs?

Whenever I'd get frustrated that this bio did NOT provide a clear, linear account of Bobby Darrin's life and career, there'd be another song or another clever flashback. That got me through. When you look at the credits, it becomes clear that this was a vanity project for Kevin Spacey. I don't begrudge him that. He was okay as a writer, fine as an actor, amazingly good as a singer. Who knew?!

Some parts of it are spectacular (the ship and costumes) and the rest of it is just plain bad. Maybe it was because I was already in pain but I actually winced quite a few times. Not a movie but we've been watching it for hours: The Flintstones-Season 2 own dvds soda crackers and 7-up (invalid food) I have always loved this show but it's hard to watch hour after hour w/no ads. I am finding the music somewhat comforting though. I would love to watch some old Bugs Bunny cartoons today too. I must be regressing. ;-) Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer own dvd no snacks I have no idea why, but thank God there was no Destiny's Child video at the end! LOL
