Well maybe I can see it afterall then. My hubby and brother want to go see it, but the previews reminded me a little too much of The Exorcist.

Oh my. After an agonizingly boring hour, we realized that the movie still had *over* an hour to go. This movie was so boring, expecially compared to the first movie. They still didn't really answer any questions about Samara's past and there were holes in the plot that you could drive a semi through.

I am so glad we didn't see this in the theater or buy the dvd.

Oh, there was something good about the movie...the craftsman houses were beautiful.

Beautiful photography & music, and enjoyed Morgan Freeman's narration, too.

I needed this movie. I saw it with my sister and we just had a blast. We loved the ending. Just a laugh out loud hilarious movie.

Good movie. I missed the intro part but I had read those chapters of the book so it was okay that I missed it. I really like Kevin Spacey and I thought this was a good movie (except one part that I thought was gratuitious) but I think the book will be much better (if I ever get around to finishing it.)

Pretty good flick. Robert Redford rarely goes wrong, teamed with Morgan Freeman made a good duo. Becca Gardner is a good young actress I thought. Decent storylines. Makes you think, makes you cry.

I have seen bits and pieces of this movie through the years, on TNT and TBS etc. but never the whole movie at once with no commercials. It was enjoyable.

Cute movie. Theres not much that can really be said about this. If you've seen the previews you know exactly what this movie has to offer down to the smallest detail. But it's just fun escapism and really just an enjoyable movie and a way to brighten your sprits.

Very good, but I was expecting a more "Exorcism" like flick.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a Hitchcock film I'd never seen before come on cable at the perfect time that it would end before I went to bed. I was concerned at first if I could make it through cause there was lotsa French dialogue at first, but that's only in the beginning part. I LOVED this movie, I totally love any movie that's almost entirely set on a train (a la "Murder on the Orient Express"). Fun performances, and it was interesting to see Paul Lukas play a different sort of man than in "20,000 Leagues".

Now I can't wait to see it again so I can put together all the details I either missed or didn't catch. lol

Okayish movie. Always really enjoy Will Smith and the other lead guy (whose name I can't remember). Didn't like any of the girls though. Glad I didn't spend theater money to see it.
