Singles own dvd cheeseburger, onion rings and a mocha shake from our favorite diner One of my all-time favorite movies. It's funny how dated it seems now. Ah, goodtimes. The Joy Luck Club OnDemand (but I also own the dvd) no snacks because I was fasting for some tests Another one of my favorite movies, so very well made. It is pretty close to the book too. I'd rather watch the movie (which is rare). I'll be watching a lot of movies in the next few weeks.

There is a lot of hidden sinister commentary about Jews that I think goes over the head of the audience --- but somewhat typical for Spike Lee. I could have done without the hidden political commentary myself.

All the cheesy pop songs, the over-extended gags, the fart jokes. . . it just did not add up to a Disney film for me. I'm so glad I did not see this one in the theater or buy it.

Why, oh, why did someone think this movie needed to be 3 hours long?! The movie lost my attention almost immediately but the 3 men in the house continued to watch. They lost it during the "ice skating" scene. LOL

I just checked it out & sure enough, he is. I don't know how she does that, but so far she's got a perfect track record for picking out voices.

This was an odd little , sort of plotless film. Parts of it felt like...well I was on some thorazine or prozac or something. The "Summer Magic" song is one of the worst songs in a Disney film that I have seen. The song about sitting on the front porch was pretty forgettable too but both of these scenes were kind of like everyone had taken a pill and were sitting on the porch off in another world... a pleasent world so it seems though. I enjoyed most of the movie (the True Life Adventure footage could have been excised) and the charachters were interesting. Burl Ives certainly stood out and his scene looking at the paintins of the women was great.

The Edge OnDemand dinner (meatloaf) This movie is really cheesy but the bear is awesome.
