Still I liked the film and would recommend it as a rental. Running Scared DVD By far the worst movie of the year. Went from tedious to downright boring. And honestly was it necessary for the "F" word to be said in every single sentence. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang DVD I'm not sure if I liked this, but it was interesting. Give it a rental. Pirates of the Carribeanead Man's Chest Theatre Now this is a movie. I loved each and every minute of the film. Can't wait to see it again.

Of course, he also thought it wasn't funny, but I caught him laughing out loud a lot, lol. This morning on TCM: The Nutty Professor (the original Jerry Lewis) I hadn't seen it before, and I didn't get to watch all of it, but what I saw was actually pretty good.

I felt there were too many slapstick Captain Jack gags, too many repeat jokes from CotBP, it was too long, lost my interest about 1/2 way through, was predictable & just didn't care for the storyline, or lack of one. While I won't say I hate the film, I didn't love it either. Since I stayed awake until 3 AM to see it, maybe it was because I was so tired. So I will give it another viewing when I can find a sitter. Also, after I sat through the 3 hours of credits, our theater didn't play the clip at the end. Grrrr, so I at least have to see it again to see that!
