Nothing against Harry Belafonte but his character is an example of one that could have been cut from the movie. Emilio put his father in the picture which was a distraction. I wanted to think he was playing a Kennedy, but he wasn't. I always thought RFK was shot in the ballroom of the hotel. The film shows him coming down from his speech and going into the kitchen to greet the kitchen workers. That's where he was shot. It's amazing to me how *little* security Robert Kennedy had around him. It's almost unbelievable that Sirhan Sirhan was able to walk into the kitchen of that hotel, kill Kennedy, and harm many others. Especially given what had happened to President Kennedy and MLK. I mean, it fell to Rosie Greeer to take the gun away from Sirhan?? Where was this man's protection?

Of Smith's movies I'd say it was the worst. Chasing Amy is his best work. D

It's cute, it's charming, it's sweet, has touches of subtle humor and really "gets to ya". I love them cute li'l otters 'n river critters. (*sniff*)
