Slowly working my way through my gigantic Netflix queue. I have no idea of the plot of this movie because I was so distracted by Brad Pitt's arms and Orlando's weird voice.

Tall have you seen the ads for 300? It looks like there might be some mythological elements to it.

None of the immortals or Olympians are listed as characters, so I guess there are no gods and goddesses in this one. However, since this is apparently based on a work that wasn't a mythological epic (i.e., chock full of gods and goddesses and such), I just might enjoy this one---because it wouldn't be "betraying" anything mythic.

The main character's name though is King Leonidas---that's the name of the lion king in the animated soccer match of "Bedknobs & Broomsticks", heehee.

I liked it. It didn't really have much of a point but it was pleasant to watch.

We laughed a lot during this movie. Our entire family loved it, even my daughter (who didn't get to hear all of the dialog). LOL

Horrid in nearly every aspect. Bad script, acting, dialogue... everything.
What could have been a really interesting story was a bad revenge thriller. Man... that kid playing Hannibal was bad, he started off the movie as a mute, If only this had been the case the entire film.
