I walked out when the story turned dark and violent. Don't be deceived by Deception. Pass...

Movie was ok, but I would have freaked out if I saw it in the theater.

Have not seen this in 25 years or so. It is still a very good movie with awesome acting.

How lovely. A "documentary" that was created to laud a man who's made his living off of belittling people and perpetuating negative stereotypes.

We can only hope the director will now move on to bigger and better projects. Perhaps a film that romanticizes the contributions that crack dealers make to society. Maybe a movie that helps us understand that hitmen aren't *really* bad people.

The film would have been merely boring had it not been so irritatingly improbable, predictable, and badly acted (Dan Akroyd, especially).

I needed this one on DVD and by chance found it today. I love this movie and now so does Holly. Andrew invited a friend to stay the night and the 4 of us sat glued to the tv the whole time.

I usually like these 50's low budget Science Fiction movies. This one was not good. While it had a couple of good things in it, it seemed to move real slow and it was only 71 minutes!!!!

Mostly good. More sentimental than I expected, but mostly funny. Sean Hayes is surprisingly good. Nicholson and Freeman are Nicholson and Freeman, as usual.

My wife and I usually have similar taste in movies, but we were way apart on this one.

I loved it... I thought it was one of those rare movies you could buy on DVD and watch 100 times without getting tired of it.

My wife thought it was very mediocre and was tired of it on the first viewing.

I was surprised… my wife can usually recognize a good movie. I have no idea what happened this time.

    ;-)

Want to hear something really pathetic though? Don't tell anyone, OK? It will be between just me and you. I didn't recognize that Gerard Butler was playing both Jack Rusoe and Alex Rover until the final scene...

On the other hand, I think the Mary Lou Rhetton musical may shock & delight you...

And on a less ridiculous note, "The Forbidden Kingdom," as well--another not-so-great movie with some "Where's Waldo" in the casting.
