This one was a hoot. A screwball funhouse ride, all way over the top. Never, ever takes itself seriously, including using the old '70's version of the Universal Studios logo at the beginning and the "When in Southern California, visit Universal City!" title card at the end. This would be a great Halloween slumber party movie for 12 year olds, and I mean that as a supreme compliment!

I loved this movie. It was great for Star Wars fans, but I don't know if non-fans will like it. You don't have to be fanatical, but knowing the movies will help.

When I read DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons I like A&D better as a book. And the same would apply to the movie adaptations. Not the greatest thing but entertaining. What really interested me was some of the behind the scenes stuff at the Vatican.

Ehhh, it was okay. It definitely wasn't as good as the first, but it had it's moments. Unfortunately, it also took several jokes from the original film & just reran them. Wasn't as good as I was expecting, but kind of fun.

Rifftrax: Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory

Lots of fun. Loved having Neil Patrick Harris as the guest host for this one. :)

I've had this since it came out on DVD, but never sat down to watch it. Man, it blew my mind. It's an utterly brilliant film, and although I did guess the main part of the twist, I didn't completely put two and two together until the final shot. I think I'm going to watch it again this weekend. Just an amazing movie!

I was a little dissapointed. It was good but it didn't have much of the humor disney movies usually have. I liked Tiana's charactor. She goes after what she wants. Anika Rose has an amazing voice. I didn't think it was as good as the other fairy tales disney has done. Hoping Rapunzel will be better.

Funny how they pushed the whole wedding ring thing this time around. I don't remember seeing any resemblance to a ring at all before, in any of the other Disney Princess films.

Overall, good characters, good message. Good movie.

I absolutely loved this movie. It made me laugh, the music made me bounce in my seat (literally, lol), it made me bawl, and Keith David completely rocked it as Dr. Facilier. As if I couldn't love him more than I did already for Goliath. . . I can't wait to see it again (my mom wants to go see it, so maybe we'll go this week or next).

    Saturday:
    Clash of the Titans
    Netflix Instant

Aiii. . . the last time I saw it was as a kid, and it wasn't as good as I remembered. It's still kind of a fun movie, as long as you don't mind the overacting and cheese.

    His Girl Friday
    Netflix Instant

This was another one I hadn't seen since I was a kid, and I really didn't remember anything about it. I truly loved this movie. Cary Grant & Rosalind Russell were completely amazing. This one is definitely in my all-time favorite movies now.

    Yesterday:
Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince
    DVD

Still a great movie. Did have a few problems watching it on my computer because of how dark the majority of the movie is (I never really paid attention to that in the theater, lol), but I love it.
