Major characters just dissapear from the narrative only to wander back on camera for the closing moments. Still though, a good movie with great acting and some amazing visual imagery, but I get the feeling Peter Jackson was really unsure of what kind of movie he wanted so he just threw everything he could into the pot and it all never gelled together as a whole. B-/C+ range. Seeing Nine on friday.

This was supposed to be the final send-off for Futurama before it was picked up for new episodes by Comedy Central. Had that not happened, this would have been a wonderful finale for this vastly under-rated show. It was nice to see every character ever on the show again (it was a vast crowd scene, lol), and I was so happy to see Fry & Leela finally confess their love for each other & kiss. I'm curious to see where the show goes now.

Neat to see younger Helen Mirren, Patrick Stewart, Gabriel Byrne & Liam Neeson. House of Wax (the Vincent Price one) Netflix Instant Really good. Nice and creepy.
