I agree. Never has a suspenseful movie had such a ho-hum ending.

I was disappointed by that movie. In my opinion "Hot Fuzz" is a lot more fun to watch. Although I have it seen quite often, it still makes me laugh each time again.

I agree... the ending was a little "out there", but it was certainly better than "Temple of Doom".

The ending is indeed a little bit weired with the flying saucer, but the rest of the movie was entertaining. I also enjoy Temple of Doom, however it is my least favorite Indy movie. I just didn't like the darker mood of the plot. Many will disagree, but my favorite is still The Last Crusade followed by Raiders of the Lost Ark.

So, this is a stoner comedy... and it's FUNNY! Definitely not for all (I figure my comedy movie taste pretty much matches that of your average 25-year-old male), but there are SO many laugh out loud moments that both my non-stoner boyfriend and I enjoyed it.

This weekend will be some kind of a Disney weekend. So we have to watch TV a lot. Today several Austrian and German TV stations show POTC movies, tomorrow we have to watch National Treasure 2, and on Sunday there is the Disney Day on a German TV station. They will broadcast Disney movies the whole day with the highlight being WALL-E in the primetime.
