It's just too dark and weird w/o any sort of warm, endearing pay off. Ugh. So, now I have have two dang copies. 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'. Really enjoyed it. My husband, who has not read the books, enjoyed it too. (I also enjoyed Daniel Craig. A lot.) ;-)

I was completely blown away. I knew what it was about going in, but it still just amazed me, and I bawled my eyes out. Please, if you haven't seen it, watch it as soon as you can. It's just wonderful (and Maude reminded me quite a bit of my dad's mom; until her stroke, she was very active and vibrant into her late 70s, always playing the piano and dancing and singing).
