    I found it more depressing and heartbreaking than anything. With my mom in Hospice care it just hit too close to home :( I thought it was going to be an uplifting, historical movie about an amazing woman. Meryl Steep did a wonderful job as always.

    I used to watch Shirley Temple movies every Sunday morning when I was a kid. I got a nice collection of her films for Christmas. I think I'll be busy on Sunday mornings for a while.

    It was cute and fun but not something I'd need to see more than once. I did appreciate Patrick Stewart as Shakespeare, my late husband was a student in his theater in England class a few years before ST:TNG that specialized in Shakespearean theater, so I enjoyed the appropriateness of the casting. I also got a kick out of that scene because of the Professor X connection between the actors.
