Due to my girlfriend I've seen nearly all episodes of the TV series, which was fine, but this movie was just bad. It's a commercial for Abu Dhabi. The first SATC movie was better. The Sorcerer's Apprentice BluRay In my opinion it's a good movie and I like the references to Fantasia.

Anyhow, Josh Brolin was GREAT as the young K!

At first I didn't want to see it, but after all those good reviews came in, we decided to watch it. It was the right decision. It was a very entertaining movie with great special effects. Joss Whedon did a fantastic job. Now I'm looking forward to The Dark Knight Rises!

I LOVED this film - I think Jack Black should get some kind of award for this. It had all of us in the audience laughing aloud at various points. Plus, as an added bonus, since it was filmed at least partially here in Austin, that means I got to see a few friends onscreen - Dave, David, and Jill. PLUS, Matt McConaughey's mom Kay is in it - she's a VERY nice lady who was one of the nicest volunteer ushers that I had at the Alley Theatre in Houston during my time there. And I always found it awesome that Matthew McConaughey's mom just volunteered there with friends and was so down-to-earth despite the fact that her son as already a big star back then.
