This could allow folks to enjoy some of the joys of the island when it isn't open (like during rain, or for other reasons), and any little "get out of the way" place in Disneyland is always a good idea. If needed, make that the smoking area, rather than the Big Thunder walkway, so the rest of us don't have to walk through the Cancerous Superhighway to Fantasyland. Sigh. So many fun things to think about.
