Hilarious!! :) I currently live in the state of Florida, but was born in Illinois. As much as I love the beaches and the weather and being so close to my favorite place in the world, (Disney Of course) Illinois is still home to me.

Florida just seems to cater to a certain group.

We're practically neighbors! I live just across the river, in the state of Confusion.

(Bonus points for knowing the DL reference.)

We had money holding a David Weekly home -- had the wrap around front porch my wife still wants in a house.

I really did like the community and many of the builders in there.<<

I Love Celebration, FL and can't say enough about it. The best community I have ever lived in. We are in a Jones/Clayton designed home, has more of a Florida look to it and we just love it. There are some gorgeous homes in Celebration.

David Weekly is building homes in Baldwin Park right now that have the wrap around porch. They are built in that 1940's Florida style. I think the prices start at around $800,000 and I would think you could get in under a million. If there are any left, as housing is the hottest thing in central Florida right now.

p.s. when we looked at the Weekly home we wanted it was well under $400K with all the amenities/upgrades - small pool etc -- my guess is that home is 7 figures today.
