I mean come on you think they could lower the lights so you can't see the missing ceiling tiles or the water stains on others from roof leeks? I think what it really needs is a lower ceiling and maybe walls that follow the track so you aren't moving from one giant square room to the next. Something along the line of the 3 caballeros ride in Epcot.

I remember it saying the ride was "moving" but the impression I got was the entrance (loading area) was moving to the side of the building but the buidling itself was not actually moving. Does anyone remember something different? True or not I can totally picture it and love the idea.

But we know Disney likes to do things as cheaply as possible .. and the whole idea just seems like it just a bag full of hot air. And I just don't trust at all that they will maintain the original ride - and dare to put the Disney characters in it.

I mean, they're going to have the whole happy, princess area - why not add another section themed to a haunted forest, capped off with Malificents' domain - which would include, of course, a new thrill ride. I think that would go a long way towards evening out the theme of the new land, which is currently a little too heavy on the cute!
