Ritz crackers with cheese, lunch meat, avocado and fresh tomato. (Jerry was nice enough to keep the garden going while we were gone.) We have some tomatoes and squash.
I made a decent chicken chili last night...lots of beans, some cajun type seasoning, diced chicken breast, and an awesome stock! It will be my lunch this afternoon.
