    I thought of that as a possible explanation. I'm just glad that in the '80s we as kids got lots of NEW kinds of toys and not recycled stuff from the '50s and '60s that our parents loved. ;)

    Speaking of Care Bears, I was a Care Bears FREAK! There was nothing that I loved more when I was a small child than Care Bears. I have the entire collection of Care Bear PVC miniatures from the '80s. I wonder how much it's all worth (not that I'd ever sell it)!
