As long as you don't sling it into Drive while still moving in reverse and vice versa you should be fine. Enjoy your stow and go seats. Did you get the leather and suede version or the all leather one? Do you like your indiglo type instruments? The T&C will have a new model soon. This one will be squarer then the one you have. My parents considered a T&C and Ody to replace the Sienna but could only afford an Entourage.

We weren't having any luck looking for a used car through the newpaper ads, online ads or car lots. We have always had station wagons and there really aren't a lot of them around anymore. We have three good sized boys and a lot of times we have extra passengers, so I needed more seats than a standard car. I haven't even driven a van before! I think I got a good deal on it, it's a 2002 with 69,000 miles and I got it for $6,901. (I guess I beat the last bidder by a buck!) I think the Blue book said it had a value of 9,000, but I looked at so many cars I am not positive about that now!

If you have a reputable (and hopefully inexpensive) mechanic, you might want to get a basic inspection, make sure there are no leaks, that no parts are worn (Ie, the shocks are fine, your brakes have enough pad left, your car doesn't have bad spindle bearings (sp), the hoses aren't cracked, the serpentine belt is fine, that the fluids have been flushed and topped, that your car has a transmission serviced (especially important in any large automatic transmission car), that you have no structural rusting, that you have enough tread on your tires. I hope your car came with a "Carfax" vehicle history, to see if it was branded (In an accident, maybe was damaged by a flood ie. Hurricane Katrina) etc. I hope you have all the service records. This is the advice I'd give regardless of brand or type of vehicle. I'd also make sure your spare tire is fine, on a van you should make sure it will ratchet down (they sometimes rust "shut" on the bottom of the van, so if you do need it, it'll go down and will have air in it. I'd probably use Armour All on the dash/ interior panels (Ie doors), etc to protect the plastics from cracking (and making your new to you car, sparkle). I'd give it a thorough vacuuming (I find other peoples dirt, dirty). If you don't smoke and it was a smokers car, I'd get the Febreze out and spray all the seats. Remember a used car has X miles wear on it, while much cheaper then new, it's not new. So you want to make sure everything is working and will be dependable for you. If a person lived in San Fransisco or "raced" every stoplight, you might find the previous owner was hard on brakes. Every single used car will have different condition for different "systems". It's your baby now, so you need to know it. BTW I've bought used in the past and have had good luck, so I wish you the same.
