I would love to go there. In the news they said it must be a fantastic exhibition. Isn't it allowed to take kids into that museum? That's strange.

I went to order the tickets on line but it would not let me order the kids'. So I called ticketmaster and ordered them over the phone, paying a larger admin fee and premium phone bill for the pleasure. When I called, the guy said he would sort it, but was having trouble. I raised the issue at the time that I was concerned there would be an issue if they did not have tickets. I was told not to worry, it would be sorted.

The tickets arrived last week - 2 adults. When I made enquiries with the museum, I was told that due to capacity, everyone needed a ticket. Sarah has spent 6 hours on a premium phone line to try and sort it. The exhibition is sold out (though they have kept back 500 walk up tickets a day with 3 hour queues starting before the gallery opens) until January. People are coming over from the us ,Brazil, Russia, China etc. With the aim of seeing it. Ticketmaster are still trying to sort it and we are not there yet.

We leave in 24 hours. It is very frustrating and taking the lustre off. If they do not sort it, I will not only write a formal complaint but take it to the media too.

While it might be a simple computer glitch, it also has taken time and money to try to resolve. The cynic in me could say they don't want to give away free tickets and would rather sell them, or perhaps they do not want children at the event. I am so frustrated, especially as I ordered the tickets the very first day they came out so we could be there opening weekend, the weekend before my birthday.

Definitely want to watch both parts of Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows this weekend & watch part 2 of Kill Bill.

Tomorrow I'm having a picnic at the park with some work friends and then having a couple more friends over for a "tea sampling party".

Today was largely lazy (some work required sadly) with a waffle Brunch, watching the Abu Dabi Grand Prix and a roast duck dinner. The family gave me a fab TRON Legacy T Shirt and a pair of cuff links featuring the Simpsons as the Beatles crossing the Abbey Road Pelican Crossing. Early night tonight though as I have to be on the road for 4:30am tomorrow.

What's the building in the first picture? It can't be National Gallery. If I'm not mistaken, it's the one in the last picture.

Unfortunately I couldn't watch the Grand Prix today, but it doesn't matter since Red Bull was not winning.

As for the race, it was the most enjoyable and exciting this season. The first lap alone was action packed.
