I have a cousin name Mercedes ~ HOWEVER ~ they DO NOT pronounce it as the car. It's always been MER see dees.
I always hated to say it out loud for fear everyone would think I did not know how to pronounce it. I don't understand why people do that.

Anyway, I started calling her Dees. It's cuter anyway.

Its funny though isnt it how you associate feelings with names, I found it hard choosing my childrens names because of it, I always remembered someone with that name!

I dont like Vikkii ( yes thats how she spelt it too!) or Marc,(stupid boyfriend of a year when I was at school, who I had to ignore whilst at school in case his friends thought he liked me or something silly....pratt. Hey the things you think are ok at 14? cant type what Id say to that idea now or Id get my first admin)
