Usually a vege. tray with dip and cheese and crackers, oh also the seven layer dip with refried beans, odd for the menu but everyone likes it My mom also used to make a pork roast but hasn't been satisfied with them lately, too fatty, too dry, etc. so my brother has been bringing a spiral ham. Oh.............also vegetarian meatballs and vegan gravy for my son and his girlfriend Everyone is expected to bring something and that works well. Christmas breakfast I make strata, rolls and pasteries (not homemade) and chicken apple sausages. Christmas day I usually make a ham and cheezy potatoes but this year I have no idea who will still be home (new in-law and work obligations) so I'm thinking appetizers all day long I'm even considering a Whole Foods pre made meal. Not sure.
