If you have the time, request the 1st row when at the boarding stage, even if it means having to wait a bit longer. It's well worth it

Perhaps my favorite gimmick in the film is, no, not the golf ball, but in the beginning, just after flying over the Golden Gate Bridge. Suddenly you are transported to a river winding through a forest (anyone know what river that is?) The camera swoops dow low over some kayakers; so low that you feel like your feet are going to start dragging through the water! I feel bad for those with a fear of heights, as this ride is definitely a great attraction, and family friendly in the best tradition of Disney.
