A pirates style E-Ticket would eventually arrive here, along with a park wide transportation system, a C-Ticket China Town Darkride, and a fireworks factory shooting gallery.

In the courtyard area would be kitchy stuff like a new DinoJacks selling some kind of junk, a new corn dog shack, a TeePee themed restroom facility, etc., etc. The main attraction would be an indoor roller coaster like Rock'n Roller Coaster. Only this time you would ride in coaster cars that look like classic 1950's cars. Along the ride you pass iconic Route 66 sites and signs. On a side note, didn't Al Lutz report one or two years ago that a larger San Fran area was being considered as a **fix** for DCA?

Yeah, right after he read a huge topic we had on Laughing Place. "The area would be basically a small area like the courtyard at Rock'n Roller Coaster at MGM." That's a good scale. I think the theme deserves to be represented, but it should be small. Too much could cause the park to look a bit dumpy. If it is visually secluded from the other areas, a route 66 land could be pretty neato.

I think that they could ultize the SF building buy having a nice resturant inside. Or maybe even a small aquarium.

But what if Disney Imagineering came up with an artificial aquarium, a close replica of the Monterey Aquarium kelp forest exhibit, near the lagoon using an artificial kelp forest with artificial fish? They could have various educational exhibits using Disney cartoon characters in the interactive media. Then, they could have placed the talking turtle attraction(sorry it's late) right next-door as a great tie-in. Oh well, they never ask me.

We usually will only spend part of a day in DCA so that we can go get better food elsewhere. The one excption is Taste Pilots Grill for their Wild Blue Yonder Burger. That one is OK. And, as a local to the SF bay area, it would be neat to see our area represented.
