Why not a nice restaurant in the lagoon area? I personally would like to see a small fast food lobster house (with the wonderful smells of boiled lobster, and calimari too). Mmmmm. The food is totally easy to prepare. They could have some of the lobster boilers going in the front of the restaurant to mimick the way it is at some San Francisco lobster places. People would totally buy lobster, calimari, fish and chips if they made a lobster place.
