I got my husband an "Atari Flashback" from Amazon last year. It has I think 40 games on it. He and the kids love it! It even looks the same, with the woodgrain on the side.

I play some of the kids games on the PC. We all love that zoo tycoon game. I confess I'm the type that lets the tyrannosaurs loose on the guests.

I play a lot of games on my pda. Maybe I shouldn't confess how much time I spend on them.

I haven't really played The Sims since my old PC crashed a couple of years ago. I was just so broken hearted to lose all that work. All my families (and their progeny in their own houses, lol), all the custom hair, makeup, houses & clothing I downloaded. . . **sigh** I might install it on my current PC, but WoW pretty much takes up my spare time any more anyway.

LOL bloona! Poor christiemarsh88! I've done the same thing to her posts in other threads. I'd read it and think, "Man, I am really losing my mind because I totally do NOT remember posting that!" LOL!

And I know I promised you I'd look at facebook and I will. Promise.

Now back to topic... I haven't played much of anything in a long time. When I do it's mostly Burnout 3 or Spiderman with the kids. And Zoo Tycoon. I did just treat myself and bought Namco Museum the other day. I can't wait to play me some old skool Pac-Man and Galaga and stuff!

Argh!! I can't wait til I get my pc cleaned up one of these days so I can get the Tycoons! All of them for the past several years I've heard about look worth trying. Rollercoaster, Railroad, Zoo. I miss Sim City too. I thought of one they should come out with, but probably shouldn't mention it here (the name for it).

Wow, the last really cool game I played on a PC or a Mac I think was an Indiana Jones game. Something to do with Atlantis. Yup, here it is. The Fate of Atlantis for the Macintosh, 1992 (wound up playing it 5 or 6 years later my Senior Year in high school during my Comp. Apps. II class):

    <a href="http://www.answers.com/topic/indiana-jones-and-the-fate-of-atlantis?cat=entertainment" target="_blank">http://www.answers.com/topic/i
    ndiana-jones-and-the-fate-of-atlantis?cat=entertainment</a>

My teacher at the time, same one I had my Comp. Apps. I class during my Freshman year, was really cool. Very patient and helpful. Well, he let me use this strategy guide he got off the internet or someone gave him. It was for that very game. And man was it useful. There came this one area pretty deep in the game, where there were these 3 or more stones with each a different symbol on them. Sun, Moon and Water and something, I forget. Well, it took me forever to figure out it. You had to align the symbols or something. And there were like many different probabilities. Well, my teacher tried giving it a shot too, lol he couldn't get it either. I think he remembered doing it before and was trying to see if he could remember it right. I *think* it was on that guide the whole time or I figured it out somehow. The rest of the game was quite interesting though. You can select to walk, talk, what to say in a conversation, etc. The lines were funny too sometimes, especially dialogue with Sophia. Theres an earlier part of the game I think in Greece or South America, this older guy you have to get info from. You go up to his door, you have the option to ask another question:

"Do you have a bathroom I can use?"

The old man replies with his accent, "Yes and no. Now go away."

But when you have Sophia go up to talk to him, he opens the door and says, "Why hello, beautiful."

The air balloon was probably one of the most challenging parts. As was parking the submarine.

When I finally finished the game, took me I don't know, matter of weeks or months? I only got to play it every other day for certain periods of time. I played Solitaire. Hadn't played it in awhile at the time, so I was glad to see it again. Everyone else in class was always playing Bolo. And playing against each other from every other computer station in the room. Another one was Warcraft I think. I know that was mentioned on here?
