It's getting too hard to get around DAK and, frankly, some of the attractions are losing their staying power for us. I do love this park for its visual interest.

D/MGM is about the same on our list.

    Epcot-alot
Disney MGM Studios-Almost as much as Epcot
    Magic Kingdom-Very little

Now with AK open and 13 years gone by....

    Epcot-Good amount
    Animal Kingdom- Good amount
Disney MGM Studios- maybe half the time of Epcot
Magic Kingdom- Maybe have the time of Animal Kingdom

We found we do love MK but we still visit the least(atleast as of yet) because we have been limited to less time at WDW than we'd really like and since we are DL AP's most of the time....

Although there are some minor differences, BTMRR is BTMRR, Splash Mt. is pretty much the same, Jungle Cruise, POTC (except in DLP), IASMAA, PP, SW, Star Tours and the Haunted Mansion are pretty similar. Only is Space Mt. in WDW really unique among the US and Japanese versions, with DLP of course being on another level altogether.

So that makes EPCOT perhaps the real "destination" park in WDW (although most attendance estimates over the years show MK ahead of it by some 6 million guests a year, probably a result of parents with younger kids who just want to ride Dumbo until they can't see straight)

DAK seems to be moving up on the list with the addition of EE - so it looks like Disney folks knew what they were doing as they added the Asia section to the park since it opened and gave it the Tiger trail, the rapids ride and now EE.

Interesting comments about the Studios - with the cloning of some of the Studios rides in DCA (Muppets, TOT) and other attractions in DL already (Fantasmic, Star Tours) wonder if those who frequent DLR in California now find the Studios boring? If that is really the case, then, aside from the new stunt show, should one expect to see one or two new rides?

Or does Disney not really care as since they are getting their 50 million guests are year to WDW things are fine from their standpoint?

Not so fast Spirited One... Even HKDL is a much prettier park than the MK, and honestly? I place HKDL above the MK on that one note alone. Remember... Disney is about theming and illusions....not rides, and the ones at HKDL are clearly well done. Take their Space Mountain over the MK's... Take their unique Jungle Cruise over the MK's, Take their upgraded Lion King show which is a notch above DAKs... Take the beautiful surroundings in Penny's Bay... C'mon, you can clearly see why the MK does not cut it.
