Care to provide proof that the church even owns the building you're referring to?

An anecdote: In my hometown Protestant churches send people seeking financial help (say money to buy a prescription) to our parish (instead of helping them themselves). They tell them: "Go to St. John's, they help everybody, even non Catholics."

He had a grinding schedule every day, which he kept up until the day he could no longer physically carry on.

Who needed the United Nations when we have a Pope in the Vatican.

Since as a group they are Sola Scriptura (Bible alone) the idea of a new "bible" was too much of an affront to them. And I will admit that this difference is a major stumbling block towards any form of reconciliation between LDS and mainstream Christianity. It is difficult to dialog because not only is doctrine radically different but the two religions have vastly different reference points as their cornerstones. Many times shared terminology has radically different meanings such as the word Sacrament, which I find odd that the Mormons even use, as it is a term created by the Catholic Church. The Greek Church does not used the word Sacrament and instead refers to the sacraments as the Holy Mysteries, which makes sense (why would Greeks use latin words?). Many Protestant even deny that there are Sacraments and insist that they are a Catholic invention.

Regardless, I would vote for Mitt Romney because he is a solid conservative with good ideas and he has a grasp on national security issues.
