Once in Tomorrowland, the band filed to the upper balcony level of America Sings. At the same time, I got into the Rocket Jets elevator stepped out and onto the roof of the PeopleMover load area -- and conducted the band through a series of songs. As a Disneyland nerd even then, it was one of the highlights of my marching band career.

One time we were marching at Knott's Berry Farm, and came upon one of their custodial sweepers. He stood off to the side and twirled a salute that our major acknowledged and returned. It seemed pretty cool at the time.

They do their routine on the stage at Big Thunder Ranch, then they march down Main Street in a parade!
