    This one is still alive and well with transport workers as someone who was there last week got the same load of B.S. from a bus driver.

They are, however, 15 stories tall and their metal substructure was crafted by boat builders on site and then covered with the fiberglass fish. And yes, they are a mythological version of the Dolphin Fish, not the mammal Dolphin.
