But just like you can take out a kitchen, you can also install one too. And they did have plans about 3-4 years ago to turn the place into a Pirate (what else?) themed buffet. TDO will just trot out the numbers who pass thru the entrance gates daily. MK is still (and likely always will be) the No. 1 tourist draw in O-Town. Where's the bottom line improvement that installing someone who cares (which means he/she will want to spend more capital) would make?
