You would think then would've been the best time to change this ride and not only in the American parks but also Japan and France which would've created a worldwide marketing promotion. I never really understand why they couldn't get it done for DL's 50th, the SAME year when the final Star Wars film came out. Along with SM reopening, that would've been perfect!

Heck, they created a stupid pooh ride how many decades after the movies. There are millions of Star Wars fans out there. And look at how quickly people line up for the Jedi Academy (one of my favorite Disney memories ever!!!!)

It seems like I haven't been around for most of 2008 between taking a few months off and then taking a transatlatic cruise just to meet another LPer (that was just to see if he's reading!) ... but work is very slow now so I'll have some time. I expect as we get into the middle of summer I will again pull a disappearing act for a bit. Still, trying to figure if it's worth $4.20 gas and being on the road with my crazy fellow Floridians to drive up to WDW for the holiday weekend as I'm jonesing to try out TSM and the Simpsons.
