That's such an admirable thing and not something that every person is capable of. I agree that talking with a therapist might help. It's awful when depression takes hold and saps the joy from things. It's no way to live and there's nothing wrong with seeking a little help if you need it. Take care and please check in with us occasionally and let us know that you're okay.
