But having worked for a large corporation before, I know that explanations given to customers are not always accurate, but I could care less so long as I get what I paid for. So for anyone who considers those requests critical, just like some consider the view critical, call GR, they assured me they have the authority and can guarantee you things like Bunk Beds, etc. but for whatever reason the res.center will not do it. The explanation I can think of is not enough people view that as a critical part of their plans and that is their prerogative. It's my money, and a lot of it, and it is a dealbreaker for me a the price negotiated. GR were very very cordial and friendly.
