LS, the JC area, and Caribbean Square are the only areas with ambiance in the MK.

    I agree. It does.

    But 17 hours?

I'm not sure I could spend 17 hours at any Disney theme park ... but rest assured if I could, it would not be the stalest MK of them all.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I'm only an expert on restrooms (toilets and urinals specifically).

    That seems quite reasonable.

Do you give out a bag of swag (like D23)? Maybe a LE pin and WDW restroom vinylmation? Perhaps, have a cheap frame with Walt Disney's famous 'they can buy Pepsi Cola, but they can't pee in the streets' quote on it?

And will you do hidden restrooms? Any CM restrooms (any CM sexual encounters would be just a bonus)?

I'd be very careful. I hear the folks who take wall pics are very protective of their perceived turf and might get an obese Disney publicist with the social skills of a special needs knat to have you removed from the park.

But you could always rework your way into Disney's good graces. Jim Hill is an example of the fact Disney will whore itself to anyone!

Maybe it was the free coco and cookies wearing off, but the vibe on MSUSA after the MVMCP parade wrapped up was pretty....magical.

You know what's dead? My interest in the NBA.

Because I have the Finals Game on and am paying almost no attention instead playing with the fanbois.

But as to your point, MSUSA has definitely lost a lot of character, soul (I did a thread here maybe a year or more ago about 'Has The MK Lost Its Soul?' ... great stuff, someone should pay me and the repost it all over on that MAGICal realm), but it does still have ambiance.

I don't know if that makes sense.

It still has a vibe, but it has lost so much of its sense of place, of theme.

The entire Emporium side of MS is simply a giant WoD outlet store.

I'd disagree and say the entire park largely has ambiance, but that isn't quite the same in my mind as character/soul/heart/sense of place.

I think it's all semantics, though.

Yeah, I would rather be in EPCOT. No EMH, this trip, though. :-/

I believe there are only 4-5 Walt quotes and they are placed on each and every construction wall at WDW as part of Stanley's sponsorship agreement ... if you check out any of the regular photo updates here, you'll likely see them ad nauseum as they don't change.

    Do you cry at Wishes?

Do you need to get hugs from characters?

Do you have more than one pin lanyard?

Do you sing showtunes when no one is around?

Do you wonder what Tom Staggs looks like in the buff when you're taking a shower?

(Oops, last question was one from a questionaire I meant to send to merfie a few months back ... but ...)

Who in their right mind gets to a theme park (not in Tokyo) at opening?

    And MK!??!

Best arrival time: between 6-8 p.m. depending on time of year.

<<And look at tomorrowland, tta to be more specific>>

I've looked. What am I supposed to see?
I've seen the new planter. I am so excited I could squirt (unlike WoC).

    Anything else?

Come on! Kobe for 19 in the 3rd quarter!? Great game...especially since LA lost :)

Anything to make you smile and help business, Leo. You can send me checks or cash for my cut of the business.

(I wonder how many fanbois are off watching the Tonys right now.)

I truly hate the NBA (not as much as I hate many Disney execs, all BP execs, Dick Cheney or Jamie Dimon) ... and I really have no love for either the Lakers or Celtics.

Phil Jackson is not a nice man.
