Perhaps. But in this case it's obvious that the topiaries were installed and thickly planted with wild flowers so that people would NOT go stand next to the topiaries. Probably to keep them from touching or damaging them, even accidentally. And done in such a way so they didn't have to put up a "Do Not Touch" sign.

There are plenty of opportunities of photographing yourself in front of the topiaries without getting exactly next to them, or with your hand on them.

Maybe so, but recall how people would walk on the grass at DL, and Walt changed the layout and put down walkways where people wanted to go. He changed to accomodate the people and didn't try to force the issue.

Not as special as my first Disey first aid trip (and hopefully the only one I'll ever have to deal with!) - *I* was escorted by Dladdug ad Curioswolfso. :)

Well I guess that applies to everything then... I guess I can come to your house a stomp your flowers, paint graffiti all over your house cause you can replace the flowers and repaint your house... don't let foolish talk and friendship get in the way of common sense... obviously he has no problem with it since he lets his kids do it... Just don't let me catch them..
