    That would be awesome! So far a lot of the wing nuts (e.g. Todd Akin) have lost tonight, so Bachmann and West losses would just make this night even better than it already is!

    Believe me I won't. Real change in this country isn't going to happen until third party candidates start to get a real voice in elections. Until then we're stuck with what we get and we have only ourselves to blame.

    So your system isn't better than ours. We have several parties in the parliament and so it can be hard to get a majority to pass laws. So they have to find compromises, which isn't the worst thing most of the time. Currently our government consists of the conservative and the socialdemocratic party and most of the time they work fine.
